We are still open and continue to support our customers during this time. We ship all items by Australia Post Express to provide the fastest service possible.
We post Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays, using Australia Post. On the day of dispatching your item, your order will be marked as Shipped and you will receive the tracking number associated with your order. The Australia Post tracking number will assist you with viewing Australia Post scanning information and delivery updates. All items are packed well to prevent damage while in transit however we take no responsibility for goods damaged or not delivered. Although it is rare for items to be lost or damaged you are welcome to contact us for an insurance quote prior to placing your order.

We post most items within 24-48 business hrs of receiving cleared payment (some payment methods take longer to clear), excluding weekends and public holidays. If there is a delay we will contact you.
All items sent express with Australia Post.
Items are sent from our warehouse located in Victoria and a tracking number will be provided when your item has been dispatched. We do not drop ship any of our products from overseas.
International Shipping - Please DO NOT purchase an item if you reside outside of Australia. We currently do not offer an international service.
