We offer a 1 year warranty period on all parts unless otherwise stated on the item description or by the manufacturer.
The Purchaser is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item under warranty, and if a replacement is to be provided, the return post is also to be paid by the Purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided under all circumstances and we will need to be advised of the warranty claim before the item is returned.
No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the return and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are reported faulty or returned. The warranty covers the replacement of the defective part only and does not extend to any associated costs in regards to labour, liability for consequential damage, personal expenses, or any other costs incurred or associated with the purchase of the part.
